By accessing or using LogicInbox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LogicInbox provides AI-powered customer support automation tools that integrate with helpdesk and e-commerce platforms. Our Service includes draft generation, customer memory features, automated actions, and other features as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use LogicInbox, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly based on your selected plan, with a minimum monthly charge that varies by plan.
• AI-generated drafts are billed at a per-draft rate (currently $0.25 per draft), with a cap per ticket (currently $1.00 per ticket). If your total draft usage in a billing period is less than your plan minimum, you are charged the plan minimum.
• We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Pricing, per-draft rates, and plan minimums are subject to change. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

LogicInbox uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses and perform automated actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. The Service is a tool to assist your support workflow—it is not a replacement for human judgment.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated drafts and actions before they are sent to or affect your customers. LogicInbox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

LogicInbox shall not be held liable for any financial loss, reputational harm, loss of customers, legal claims, or any other damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content produced by the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided to customers, erroneous refunds or order modifications, and any actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LogicInbox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, customers, or goodwill.

Without limiting the foregoing, LogicInbox expressly disclaims any liability for damages arising from AI-generated content, including incorrect or misleading responses sent to your customers, erroneous automated actions, or any decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LogicInbox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that the Service relies on third-party AI models and integrations, and that the nature of AI means outputs cannot be guaranteed to be error-free. You assume all risk associated with your use of AI-generated content.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
